Meal Prep
Our customized meal prep service price will be decided after the consultation call. Services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis to suit your lifestyle.
Meal prep options
For 5 plates you can choose up to get 2 customized meals. Please notate the one veggie and or one side that you’d like with each meal and include any dietary restrictions or allergies in the “special notes” box.
For 10 plates you can choose up to 3 customized meals. Please notate the one veggie and /or one side that you’d like with each meal and include any dietary restrictions or allergies in the “special notes” box.
For 14 plates you can choose up to 4 customized meals. Please notate the one veggie and /or one side that you’d like with each meal and include any dietary restrictions or allergies in the “special notes” box.
For 21 plates you can choose up to 4 customized meals. Please notate the one veggie and /or one side that you’d like with each meal and include any dietary restrictions or allergies in the “special notes” box.
